About Emix Ltd.

Emix was established in 1974. Over the decades, we have acquired, sold and financed hundreds of millions in real estate assets, and developed over 400,000 sq. ft. of commercial property in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Durham Region. We are past recipients of the Pickering Economic Development Award.

Today, we own and manage more than 350,000 sq. ft. of commercial and industrial property comprising over 120 tenants across the GTA and Durham Region. We are currently in process of developing another 225,000 sq. ft. of industrial space to be ready in late 2019 and 2020.

Emix Ltd. is always actively looking to expand its portfolio of commercial properties. We specialize in small to medium sized, multi-tenanted, mixed-use or industrial properties especially with redevelopment potential in Ontario.
