This 100,000 sq. ft. retail and office building was developed by Emix in 1984.

The ground floor houses York Region’s federally funded Welcome Centre Immigrant Services. The top two floors are home to The Furniture Mall, which comprises six independent home furnishing retailers. Having gone through numerous updates and renovations over the years, The Furniture Mall continues to be one of the premier furniture shopping destinations in the GTA. Look for The Furniture Mall in the big red building at 8400 Woodbine Avenue, just south of Highway #7 in Markham.

Emix Ltd were extremely helpful during the process of constructing the new Perkins restaurant in Pickering at 1097 Kingston road and helped us along the way whenever we asked for advice, we are very lucky to have such great ownership and property management.
