EMIX Ltd. Breaks Ground in Pickering

The Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade would like to congratulate EMIX Ltd. for breaking ground at 895 Sandy Beach Road.

The 58,336 square foot industrial expansion is expected to open in January 2020. Up to 44,806 square feet is still available for lease.
